Project pre-proposals submitted to REAP should be 1 to 2 pages long and contain the following
   Information under the bolded sections:

• Name and contact information (address, phone, E-mail) of person requesting grant.
• Title of proposal.
• Name of Non-profit Association Sponsor   REAP was set up as a donor-advised fund.  As such, it can distribute support for projects only to a recognized non-profit organization.  Please provide the name and contact information for the organization sponsoring your application, including verification of its non-profit status.
• Mini-biodata on applicant for grant (3 - 4 sentences). Share your background - what you do and what are your goals or vision; how REAP can help you achieve your vision or goals.
• Proposal body (1 page). Describe what you propose to do and the level of financial support needed to accomplish this goal ($1,000 - $3,000).

Deadline for submitting pre-proposals is September 15th with  final proposals from selected pre-proposals being due December  15 of each year. Decisions and allocation for funding will be made by early February of the following year.
