Background
A charitable gift fund of $200,000 was established with the Brethren Foundation, Inc. as part of the 1999 Onassis International Prize for the Environment that John Doran received in Athens , Greece in November 2000. Administrative support for REAP was established at the Antelope Park Church of the Brethren in Lincoln, Nebraska for local initiatives that provide opportunities for local outreach and stewardship awareness.
