 A charitable gift fund of $200,000 was established with the Brethren Foundation, Inc. as part of the 1999 Onassis International Prize for the Environment that John Doran received in Athens , Greece in November 2000.  Administrative support for REAP was established at the Antelope Park Church of the Brethren in Lincoln , Nebraska for local initiatives that provide opportunities for local outreach and stewardship awareness.
